Personality Dimensions Workshops

  Have you noticed that some employees are easier to manage then others? Or that some employees get along with everyone while others struggle? This is due to a difference in personality type, or temperament.

Based on Temperament Theory each personality can be categorized by 4 colours (or temperaments).  


Using the Personality Dimensions® program a certified facilitator will guide your team through a workshop designed to build self awareness and an appreciation for the temperaments of others.

This knowledge can then be used to address common workplace issues such as communication, team-building or conflict resolution
